Barry Lawrence: Soon after college, I found my artistic desire led me into the landscaping business, where I could create beauty, with nature as my canvas. In early 1995, I started the restoration of vintage motorcycles and the building of a custom motorcycle. The need to know how to weld pieces for the motorcycle moved me into night classes to further develop my skill.

In 2000, I began working artistically with metal, cold bending and welding new and recycled pieces into garden sculptures. Taking this to a higher level, I enrolled in blacksmith courses and joined the Ontario Artist Blacksmith Association. My work is produced using cold bending and welding techniques, as well as shapes forged in traditional and modern blacksmith practices. The decor pieces are meant to be functional, affordable, and yes whimsical too!

My wife Sharon contributes as well, as we both create unique works of art, sculptures and furniture in variety of media such as steel, stone, wood, clay and stain glass, each piece is one of a kind as no moulds or templates are used.
We are a small business dedicated to the manufacture of high quality limited production items and commission works, which are unique and individually crafted.
